The proposal introduces an organic shaped collection of shelters and a kiosk to complement the established townscape of fine Edwardian buildings, the modernist De La Warr Pavillion and the traditional beach huts. Like the pebbles on the beach, each object has been individually shaped by the forces of nature.  Wind, sun and rain have influenced the exterior form whilst the carved out interior provides sheltered space for socialising and contemplation.
