Planning permission was granted for Elmore Street, Islington for eight flats above two commercial units and the project is currently under construction.

The corner building provides a modern interpretation of the traditional terrace, continuing the successive development of the adjacent Georgian and Victorian properties facing onto Essex Road. The main residential entrance, facing onto Elmore Street, forms a slot between the three storey London stock brick corner building and the four storey copper clad block, acknowledging the existence of a former route through the site.
