Planning permission has been awarded for a mixed used development in the Borough of Islington. The scheme features  south-facing shaded balcony spaces for every flat, sedum roof, photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting.

Platform 5 Architects have submitted a competition entry for LEX, an Urban Splash master planning competition for Walsall.

Elmore Street has featured in the NLA's DES RES London Housing Challenge. The project was exhibited at the Building Centre in London.

Construction has started on Meadowview, an eco-house in Bedfordshire.
